Doris(Xue) Dong  Senior Partner

Ms. Dong specializes in intellectual property disputes and transactions (including trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, corporate reputation and goodwill protection, trade secrets, and antitrust issues), general civil and commercial dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), and compliance investigations. She is particularly skilled in handling internet infringement disputes and has accumulated extensive practical experience in platform complaints and public relations crisis management.

 

Ms. Dong graduated from Fudan University Law School with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws degree. Her clients come from various industries, including manufacturing, semiconductors, internet, cosmetics, hotel management, medical devices, gaming, finance, traditional automotive manufacturing, and emerging automotive manufacturing enterprises. These clients are leaders in their respective fields.

 

Before joining Ronze Partners, Ms. Dong worked for ten years in the dispute resolution and intellectual property team of a top domestic law firm, providing legal services to domestic and international clients on China's frontier and complex legal issues.

Ms. He has worked in well-known law firms and foreign pharmaceutical companies, serving clients that include globally recognized logistics companies, foreign pharmaceutical and technology companies, and trade enterprises. She is particularly skilled in pharmaceutical compliance, clinical trials, technology development, and consulting services.

Ms. He has participated in litigation cases involving financial lending, family inheritance, trade contracts, house leasing, equity transfers, and intellectual property disputes. Additionally, Ms. He has excellent English communication skills, enabling her to provide efficient legal services to foreign-related clients, bridging communication in cross-border legal affairs.

Ms. He is committed to providing high-quality legal services to clients, maintaining high professional ethics and a sense of responsibility in handling complex legal disputes and compliance management, ensuring that every client receives professional and meticulous service.
