We are a group that is not particularly wealthy, but also does not seem to have too much sense of scarcity.
We deeply understand that as the second party in the legal service industry, lawyers must "focus on customers" and this is an unshakable creed. Therefore, "volume" is inevitable to some extent. After all, when we are the "first party" of consumers, we are used to being more and more picky about the products and services of merchants. Therefore, if we want to stand out, it is inevitable to spend more time and effort than the social average. However, we hope that "volume" is limited to providing professional services to customers in a timely manner, and should not be accompanied by too much mental consumption and emotional burden.
We fully agree that a decent income is an extremely important guarantee for a decent life and a relatively high ability to make free choices. But we also know that if we choose to satisfy more desires or passively break the stability of our inner order, perhaps more income will not improve our sense of gain and happiness.
We believe that the stability of each service provider's inner order is the basis for providing sincere, diligent and professional services; and everyone's sincere, diligent and professional efforts will be conducive to the improvement of the overall welfare of the society, and therefore should be worthy of a good return. And a person full of happiness may bring more positive value to the society.

2、能够根据运营目标,结合产品现状建立有效数据跟踪机制,根据业务发展要求推动优化运营方案,并负责线上相关产品推广活动的实施执行,达成kpi指标;
