Successfully established that the use of images from the game "MapleStory" in the accused game's promotional advertisements constituted copyright infringement, and improper statements during promotion amounted to unfair competition. The case is currently in the second instance.

● Represented Aether Magic Bags, the rights holder of the well-known board game "Splendor," in a rights protection lawsuit against the allegedly infringing board game "Gem Merchant." The case was selected as one of the "Top 10 Influential New Entertainment Cases in China 2023."

● Represented Bluesand and Shulong in a rights protection lawsuit against the allegedly infringing "Legend" murder mystery script. Through a comprehensive strategy of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and unfair competition, successfully established that the script product infringed the copyright of the game "Legend," violated the plaintiff's trademark rights, and constituted unfair competition.
