Mr. Pei Changli possesses nearly 20 years of experience in legal services, specializing in the criminal defense of economic and duty-related crimes, commercial dispute resolution, and corporate compliance governance. He has been selected for the Shanghai Foreign-related Legal Talent Pool and was recognized as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers of Pudong New District in its 7th session. Mr. Pei has served as a long-term legal advisor to over a hundred entities, including listed companies, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and government departments. He has managed more than 2,000 litigation and non-litigation cases, including major illegal fund-raising cases in cities such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Shenzhen. He excels at providing comprehensive legal solutions that encompass criminal, civil, and administrative domains for complex and challenging cases. Mr. Pei is the author of the monograph "Practical Study on the Crime of Illegally Absorbing Public Deposits," and the editor of the practical textbook "Criminal Case Study." He also co-authored the seminar-style textbook "Frontiers of Economic Crime Theory and Hot Topics in Practice" used at Fudan University Law School. He has won the second prize for his papers at the Yangtze River Delta Law Forum and has published nearly 10 academic papers. Additionally, Mr. Pei has led the annual research projects of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League for three consecutive years.
