Mr. Ban Tianke has conducted academic visits at the Institute of Private International and Comparative Law at the University of Munich in Germany, the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary in Canada, and the Institute of Social Science at the University of Tokyo in Japan. His main research areas are civil and commercial law, tax law, and legal methodology. He has been selected for the "Shanghai Young Legal Talent Pool" and the "Shanghai Urban Renewal Expert Pool."
Mr. Ban has published numerous academic papers in both Chinese and international legal journals, such as "Legal Research," "Peking University Law Journal," and "Peking University Law Review." He has authored the academic monograph "Research on the New Civil Code of Japan" and has chaired projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation.
